Today marks one month since I have not bitten my fingernails!! As I have been biting my entire life and have never been able to stop before, this is a big deal for me.  I decided to stop biting one day when I was getting a pedicure  and I was like ‘hmm maybe I should just get a mani on my short nails and try and stop biting.’

Sooooo, the woman laughed, gave my stubs a mani, and the rest is history.
